PIM measurement system

Broadband-high dynamic range measurement system for the characterization of nonlinear passive devices. Input power to the device up to 40 dBm and able to make IMD3 measurements at microwave frequencies with tone spacing from 2 Hz up to 500 MHz

Semi-automatic cryogenic probe station

Custom made semi-automatic probe station, with vacuum capabilities and a temperature-controlled chuck (-150ºC to 150ºC)

Cloud-RAN Testbed

Developed around OpenStack framework, a CRAN-cloud testbench build around a cluster of more than 100 processing server cores plus 5 USRPs, and several virtual machines implementing LTE-downlink processing chain, is available. It can be accessed remotely and used for both, design of new wireless infrastructure or for lab testing specific features of processing algorithms or RF devices.
